Im giving one star he doesnt deserve that one star but he got one star only because I asked him for help to point me in the right direction with the right law firm to go to for help. Well I had called Mr. ********************** Carroll and was telling him briefly of basically what I knew about a situation and he was being totally rude and disrespectful with me I cant believe that the bar association even allowed him to even become a lawyer hmmm no wonder why he doesnt get reviews cause on how rude and disrespectful he is

The potential client called yesterday to inquire about what she can do to stop a sheriff's sale of a house that she rents. I told her that there was literally nothing she can do. That it was a third party that had to do something to protect the house. She is a renter of a house that is going to sheriff's sale. The owner passed away and the children haven't done anything to save the house. I indicated I cannot help. She kept badgering me, telling that the third party would not do anything. I told her unfortunately I can't help. Not only that, no one can help unless the children reach out to do something. She kept telling me that I'm not listening and that the children won't do anything with respect to the house. She started getting belligerent and yelled at me that I'm not helping her. Unfortunately it was her that lashed out at me. I can understand her frustration but there was nothing anyone could do other than the children of the deceased property owner.

My fianc retained Mr. ********************** to do a bankruptcy in the Spring of 2022. We sent all requested documents, paid the retainer, and completed the credit counseling as he requested. After a year of my bankruptcy not being filed we requested a refund. We received $500 back in January 2023 with the agreement that when I could afford the $500 again I would pay it back to Mr. ********************** as I was told he would still work on my case. He has not answered calls or texts for 3 months and I am now at the point I cannot renew my license as a judgement needing to be discharged in bankruptcy. We have had to retain another lawyer to complete my bankruptcy emergent filing so he can renew his license. I will be filing small claims against Mr. ********************** and filing a complaint with the State ****************
