Sir Grout came out ( salesman's name was Anthony A. and gave us 2 different estimates for my kitchen floor (neither of which I received any paperwork) one was for my entire kitchen floor for almost $3500.00. and one was for around my work island for $500.00. He stated that my grout would look almost brand new. We decided to go with just around the island since the first price was unbelievable ( that was the cost of my entire floor when installed) and since that was the area where the grout was really discolored. The tech came out and supposedly cleaned the area and also repaired several grout lines that needed to be regrouted that was part of the price-however he said that to actually clean all the tiles would be an additional $300.00 or you will notice the difference. We agreed, and after all was said and done, the ground lines that were dirty still looked dirty, he never used the product to paint over the grout to make it look new, and the only difference we actually saw was the grout lines that he actually removed and regrouted. I complained how unhappy I was with the entire job, but he said that the best he could do was take $50.00 off so as much as I did not want to pay, I did write a check for $783.13 and again we did not receive a receipt or paperwork as to what was done. My husband called and complained because we were totally mislead by the original salesman who said "your floor will look almost brand new". It wasn't until after we called that he actually sent us a quote which we never signed and a paid invoice. My floor actually looks alot worse since now you can REALLY notice the difference in the grout lines from where he actually replaced it. They hire these young kids that have no idea of what to do.This company is nothing but a SCAM and they employ these young kids who have no idea of what they are doing! I am SO sorry that I even paid him that day. I am also filing a complaint with ********** Magazine to prevent them from scamming other clients
