      R&S construction came to residence to look at the roof. He was hired to put a new roof on and repair items listed from the insurance company. The Damage was extensive so a claim was submitted through the insurance. Contract was signed on 8/1/2023 with R&S. Stated in contact specific areas items to be repaired and a warranty would be given for the brand new roof. Areas that were not listed to be repaired were painted and decided by the contractor without color choice by homeowner. Contractor made the decision to pick ************** blue and bright pink for two rooms in the house. Gutter was not fixed, as stated on contract invoice, shutters were not installed on 3 windows in front of the house. An Area in the kitchen was painted and was not listed to be repaired. Kitchen was not to be touched by the contractor. He decided to paint one area of the ceiling. The new Roof is leaking and areas of the roof shingles are not properly installed. Paint is splattered all over carpets molding trim appliances furniture. Walls were never painted that was suppose to be fixed. Negligence and destruction of property throughout the home. Areas that claimed to be repaired from the contractor to the insurance company were never repaired. Contractor has not sent any documents warranty information on the roof as repeatedly requested. Homeowner has not received any documents of what was sent to insurance company.
