    Terrible experience! Our special needs child was unable to participate in the train ride, we were told we would get a refund. We did not get the refund. When we tried to call them the phone number didn't work, and we sent several emails that went unanswered. Never again!

    BEWARE THIS COMPANY CAPE MAY SEASHORE LINES IS A SCAM AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR SERVICES RENDERED!!!We were hired by **** and the owner of this train lines to wash 2 train locomotives I was called multiple times to come clean the two trains finally I went to there location and we agreed to wash them for $350 each just an exterior wash being it was my first time cleaning a train I brought 2 crews and went to there location cleaned both trains and when we started the owner and **** stayed for a short time then left. And never came back we finished cleaning both trains and left sent an invoice for $700 plus tax to **** the owner and his employee **** multiple times called multiple times left text message and emailed with absolutely no response. Apparently this company had no intention of paying for the service that they requested from my company.
