      Hello. I purchased approximately ***** square feet of Tahoma 31 ******* sod from Tuckahoe Turf Farms. I am not satisfied with the way I am being treated when trying to get answers on how to properly maintain this grass so it does not die. I feel that this type of grass is not for residential use and I was not warned that this type of grass may not last and is not for residential use. I have made several inquiries on how to get a proper maintenance schedule and have not been given any help and basically was told I am on my own. I have even contacted a recommended lawn care professional by Tuckahoe Turf and was told they do not work with this type of grass, nor did they have any suggestions on how to restore the grass to its original condition. I would like a representative from Tuckahoe Turf to give me a maintenance schedule and tips so the grass will look like it was after I installed it myself! Thank you.

      1st the customer is complaining to ******************** about the wrong company, The correct company would be Tuckahoe Turf Farms. 2nd we seen his nasty review on ****** and quickly responded and put him in touch with the proper person at Tuckahoe Turf. In the conservation we had with him, for some reason he thought that landscaper all work for Tuckahoe Turf, they do not. Not sure how he got that in his head. We also asked who he had talked to when he call to discuss the problem, he admitted that he had NOT called us. We continued to talk to the customer that purchased a product over 2 years back and now was complaining about sod, that we really do not have any control over once the item is installed. But we offered help and options for him. We also have asked him to remove his ****** post as it is just wrong, as he admitted he never talked to anyone here at the farm. We proud to be the premier grower of turfgrass and our grass can be found on 6 *** stadiums, many *** stadiums, colleges and universities and thousands of residential lawns. We grow over 800 acres of turfgrass. Even thought we talked to this person over a week ago, the ****** statement is still online. As noted we have talked to him, and we are guiding him on how to revive his turfgrass and our conservations have been cordial.

      I am rejecting this response because:I was not asked to remove the online review. The review was an honest opinion of my feelings about the product offered. I will not remove the online review and will not withdraw the complaint until the company representative delivers the maintenance action plan as promised.
