      I ordered a new HP Laserjet printer from a ********** company "Printers, Copiers and More" on March 2. They did a "bait and switch" and with my OK substituted a "demo" unit. The unit sent was a non-functioning, heavily used one suitable only for recycling or the garbage dump. It was shipped from ************** recycling by the ********** ************************* *********************************************, ****!!! This is certainly not something I would expect from a reputable recycling company (is this how they recycle?)

      This is not our company. That is an individual that you purchased something from through **** it appears. Please kindly remove this complaint.

      Hello, 

      We have sent demo unit to our customer, unfortunately unit was damaged in transit, not by our fault but by carrier.

      When ******* contacted us we immediately started to resolve that problem.

      Only problem here was that ******* did not want to send pictures of damaged unit by email and we need those photos to start a damage claim, 

      We mage to help her also with that and we approved her to send photos of a damage by mobile, and that is not our policy but we wanted to assist our customer, 

      Our correspondence with ******* started on 03.27.2023. and everting was resolved on 04.04.2023.  so whole situation was resolved in 8 days 

      and we have emails to prove that, 

      We are sorry  that customer received damaged printer , but we immediately started to assist customer with issue and also we have issued full refund to the customer
