    I was searching for ***** contacts since I used them two years ago and came across the BBB webpage. My experience was totally the opposite. I purchased cabinet for my mother daughter house. When my contractor was installing the cabinets, he realize he measured 1 incorrectly. I reach out to **** and it happened that they were going to their factory store and were able to swap the cabinets without an incurred expense. They drop the new cabinet off, picked up the incorrect one.I am planning on purchasing cabinets from **** for my other floor. I will update the review once my project is done.

    If you are looking to a nightmare, hire this company.Forget about the inicial approach- they ONLY want to deal with High-End kitchen designs. Our project has been accept and paid in full. We received damaged doors, nobody want to take care about us because the employee has been fired. Its not my fault, we are costumers.Bad costumer service, no installation ( they told my contractor the installation will be ONLY for HIGH END people).If i can make a bad review in all websites about this company, of course you will see my name in there.The Store in ********.

    This review is for the Alba ******** store on Route 1. Our experience was horrible from the start. Our original designer quit immediately after we decided on our design. Our account was handed over to ****, who was nothing but condescending and unhelpful. Prior to ordering our appliances I had spoke to **** about the size of our wall oven as because it is gas they only have a standard size of ******************************************* which it is held. He reassured me that it would not because we can order fillers. However, he never ordered them and denied we had this conversation. Then when he finally ordered the fillers, he told me they were shipped on a Saturday and I would have them at the house by Tuesday. Wednesday came and we got the tracking number and saw that there was no information. I contacted him again to which he said "I'm not *** I can't help you". I called the cabinet company in ** and they told me they had not shipped and they had no idea why he told us otherwise. Our biggest issue was that we had three extra cabinets the original designer ordered based on a measurement of another kitchen. **** told us we would get a refund when we returned the cabinets. Not an issue. After a month of going back and forth he told my husband he never told us we would get a refund for those cabinets but he would look into it and get back in a few days. A few days came and went, we left two voicemails with no response. It wasn't until we filed a dispute with our credit card company that he called my husband SCREAMING "this isn't how you do business". The owner was also contacted who also argued with us and threatened to get a lawyer involved. We told them we were not dropping the dispute until we received a refund check for the extra cabinets.Dealing with **** was a nightmare. Their communication was horrendous and they do not respect their customers. I recommend finding another kitchen and bath company as their customer service was atrocious.

    We have exhausted all our attempts to get off paper a project that is partially paid for and that the seller (Alba ********* says he has sent to production at least three times. We have been waiting since April for an estimated delivery date that never materializes. We are incurring frequent expenses with meals, laundry, air conditioning, expenses that should have ceased at least 2 and a half months ago. Every time the delivery period runs out, the seller says he will place the order. Now, the absurd proposal is to deliver the cabinets without the doors and they still want us to be responsible for the installation. I would very much like someone from the management of this company to be able to give a direction to this project, as clearly Alba ********************** ******** is incapable of getting this project off the ground. We are feeling discriminated against and financially harmed by this enormous incompetence.
