    This company has failed to deliver product we ordered in March totalling $14,953.65. We call and email their customer service team weekly. There are no direct email addresses or phone numbers for their agents which prevents any sort of accountability. Items we are told are discontinued/canceled are then listed on a shipping confirmation but missing from the pack list and box. A tracking number showed another box had arrived at its destination but it was actually over 130km away at our partner's location. Most items haven't even shipped as of July because they can't figure out which warehouse they're being fulfilled from. We have been charged for shipping 6x on a single order because they are sending things sporadically and separately as they scramble to ship their backlog of orders. No one returns our calls or emails. The *** of Flaghouse issued a statement that they had found a reliable partner to uphold their reputation... he was wrong. School Specialty is a disaster. We are not only out tens of thousands of dollars, but have been charged hundreds more in unreasonable shipping due to their own failed logistics and haven't even received 90% of the order.

    I have been waiting for 5 weeks for an item that I ordered for my child. The item is $213. I have reached out to the call center in excess of 6 times now. No one can help I just keep getting reminded that there was a recent merger. Nobody can find my order, and I know this is happening to others ..I also put my inquiry on social media in hopes that somebody would respond. *************************** ,the corporate communications manager responded, He stated that his customer service team would look into it. I currently have not heard anything back and have no resolution.
