    I placed an order online for silverware on Jan. 2, ****. I received a follow-up email on that day with my order number. My total was $178.53 and the amount was drafted out of my account. At the end of January, I still had not received my merchandise or any correspondence explaining why. I started trying to contact ****** (Lenox Corporation.) I used the contact us button on their website. I sent two requests for information on my order. After receiving no correspondence from that, I started calling. At times, I held over 20 minutes and then hung up. I finally reached an individual on my third try. She said my package was lost in transit and when that happens, theyre not to blame. She was extremely rude so I asked to speak with her supervisor. She took my number, but guess what, no supervisor has contacted me and this is Feb. 8th! I also have not received my refund or any kind of apology! This was my first order with Oneida and I will warn as many people as I can not to order from them. The Lenox corporation owns other businesses so beware!
