    HORRIBLE!!! My husband went for a crown at this location, while in office for initial visit was told one thing, we agreed to a certain plan, paid up front for service and scheduled the appointment. When he went for first visit they did a core build up, and then mentioned needing periodontal therapy. Tried calling office numerous times, to which was told that ***** the office manager would call back. NEVER received a call. Called Aspen Dental corporate to which they escalated to the office manager, again no call back. Called corporate number again to escalate to the Regional Manager they put me through to the office which said hold on one minute **** is with a patient, she then picked up the phone, slammed it down and hung up. Called corporate number again to escalate call to Regional Manager. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call, when answering I get this is ****? When I asked from Aspen Dental? I am greeted with yeah. After much back and forth and questioning if they are refusing to do the work after taking my money unless I pay for additional services, I was told YES. At that point I demanded a refund. How **** a place refuse treatment that was already paid for unless you pay thousands of dollars more.
