    We had a roof leak 2 weeks before Christmas this year Drennan brothers came out immediately started the work two days after we called! They had to tear off the old roof and replace with a new. During the demolition they found a few sheets of plywood that were rotted and they showed us pictures of the badly damaged plywood and then pictures of the new plywood they replaced it with! They were efficient, knowledgeable, skilled, and very clean!During the process they noticed condensation coming out from my very porous chimney, sent me pictures and videos. Thankfully they caught it before we had the same issue or worse. They suggested we call a chimney company to inspect, so we did. Wound up the chimney had gone bad from its age the concrete had become porous and cracking. We needed a liner and the chimney where it exited my house needed to be rebuilt. The ***** they had come was awesome too! ********************. They came right after the liner was installed and knocked down the old cracking block and replaced with brick, it looks beautiful! Everything from the roof to the chimney liner and new brick face took 2 days and we avoided a major problem! My family and I are so grateful Drennan brothers found the issue as it could have lead to much worse than condensation and roof damage. We are super happy with our new roof, gutters , and chimney looks incredible! Thank you Drennan Brothers ***** and ******************************* ****
