      5th Dimension Logistix was scheduled to deliver on July 13th between 10am and Noon, with a call 1 hr prior to arrival. They showed up much later than noon and were verbally abusive and took pictures of inside of my house and of members of my family without my consent. It turns out these were former felons employed by 5th Dimension Logistix, who were inside my home because of 5th Dimension Logistix.They came without blankets, straps and half the number of workers to move the two units into my home. They suddenly departed with my stove and blower. and we got a call from dispatcher that the delivery team cannot take liability of if something happens to the units (cost of these units $80K).5th Dimension Logistix needs to provide legal names of every person in my home, delete all picture from their devices of my home and family and deliver the items.

      This order was set up per the requirements and under the directive of our client, *****************. The claimant says we sent felons to their residence and took pictures of the home and arrived later than specified window with required personal count short of request. 

      We do not issue 10A-Noon delivery windows, we sent the exact crew count our customer required (not the complainant) and per the customers instructions took pictures of the delivered items as is required when we do deliveries. The drivers did not take pictures of the customers home and the complainants accusations of our staff being felons is entirely baseless and completely false. Given the egregious accusations we attempted to have a conversation with ****************** who hung up on me 3 times including after when Identified myself as an officer of the company to discuss the complaint. He threatened attorney involvement but when requested he send his facts and details to our legal department he to date has not done so and nor have we heard from him or his council. ****************** chooses to make these extraordinary negative accusations unfairly against our company but be entirely unresponsive and unwilling to back any of it up with any details or evidence at all.
