    Green Lawn was scheduled to perform aeration and seeding on my lawn in September, 2023 but did not show up. They showed up in October to do it but were unable because my sprinkler system was shut down for the winter. They left without doing anything, but I was incorrectly billed for this service. After many attempts, I was finally able to get a refund. They are now trying to bill me for the $262.00 incorrectly. I get constant valls, texts and emails asking for the money. I have called multiple times to resolve this, but get no help. They keep telling me it's in management review and someone will call me back. I have called and been told this over 10 times but get no response with constant harassment for the money continuing. This has been going on for over 5 months, I do not know what else to do here. I do not want this to become a credit issue for me, although that *** already be the case.

    Customer# *******. On 5/**/** a ******************** Lawn technician hung a bill/paperwork on my door stating that they performed a double treatment (fertilizer/pesticide) on my front and back lawn. The bill was for $127.96. I took off from work on this day to do some paver repair in my yard. I was out in the yard from 7:30AM to 11:00AM. No technician ever came in my yard to perform the service that they were charging me for. I then reviewed the RING Doorbell footage. They also did not perform the service on my front grass. The technician arrived in front of my driveway at 8:47AM. He then exits the driver side door of his truck at 8:56AM and hangs the bill on my door. He walks back to his truck and then drives away. I proceeded to call Green Lawn Fertilizing and advise what happened. I advised that I will not pay for a service which was not rendered. I proceeded to ask them to close my account and they apologized and advised that the charges would be waived. I am now getting several calls and emails each day advising that I still owe them $127.96. A manager advised me that they will now not waive the charges unless a send them the video (extortion). I am now trying the obtain the video footage from RING since it is about a month ago. I do have video of the technician hanging the bill on my door since that triggered the "person detected". I am now trying to obtain the video of the 9 mins before where the technician pulls up to my house. I advised that they told me that the account was closed and charges will be waived when I spoke with them on 5/23/23. I also advised several times that the technician never came into my yard at all (since I was out there the entire time). I will not pay $127.96 for a service that did not take place and I want them to waive the charges that they told me would be waived on 5/23/23 when I closed my account. I also want to stop harassing me with emails and phone calls.

    I was a customer of ********************** for 5 yrs, very pleased with the service. I would have a new tech every new season and I had a new tech who I felt very uncomfortable on my property and I requested new tech and green lawn continously send same tech and I called explaining how this tech approach me early one morning with strange statements concerning race? I never met this young man before, but I am retired senior who have interact with many personalities and this tech has a strange dark side who I did not want on my property anymore. They send him out again to treat my property and he did not treat all my landscape and how I know I have multiple cameras on my property. I called the office to complaint and I request pleased do not send this same tech and I receive emailed stating the same tech will be coming back to my property to finish treatment, I decided to move on to another company for Fertilizing my landscape. I send a check $40.00 with final payment and it was cashed ! I am receiving harassment calls first stating no check was ever received? Check date 5/2/2023. I received another harassment call today 06/12/2023 I have not paid? I called Greenlawn and explained the check with final payment was cash, I was informed by rep ***** that until I pay balance of $14.00 we will continue to call every day. I stated u should not cash my check of $40.00 with final payment. I am being harass because I am a 71 yr old senior, try to intimate me. Please help me to stop this company from trying to use intimidating tactics,on consumers. Greenlawn fertilizer has un professionals techs. Please help me.
