    Horrible, horrible experience! We chose MaidPro over another cleaning company and regret this decision. Mart from the ******************* called me the evening before my scheduled cleaning to inform me the cleaner scheduled was no longer available and wondered if we could reschedule. I explained that I had very limited time as I had to be out of my current residence soon and painters were scheduled to come in after the cleaning. He said he would assign another cleaner so we could keep my appointment and if that was a problem he would call me back that evening. My file stated that we couldnt get back to the house until Saturday morning as we were out of town. We went there Saturday morning to find that the cleaning never happened. I never received a call from Mattnot Wednesday evening, not Thursday, nor Friday or Saturday morning. I immediately called Maid Pro and explained my situation to a supervisor, Joy. Joy said since the ******************* was closed on the weekends she would email a manager. I explained that I needed to have it cleaned this Monday and I requested a discount for the inconvenience of pushing my move back 4 days. She assured me that she would call me back regardless of whether she heard from a manager or not. Five hours later, at 6:15 pm I called back, knowing they closed at 7:00. I asked to speak to Joy and was told that she was in a meeting. I do not believe this at all. I told the representative that she promised me a call back and that is what I expected. I never heard back from her yesterday. This disorganization and lack of communication is appalling and has left me in a terrible situation. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and posting on social media until this is rectified,
