They will always call me back and email me. I started make My Husband I Headstone for the star for the finish. I had a no problem with them I would really highly recommend everyone Who need this service to do a business with them special *** hes a very very good person to do a business with, ***.       I was having a very hard time finding a headstone for my husband who passed recently. I had several things fall through; from delays, to prices, etc. I found this company on-line, saw that they had a good rating and decided to order due to their beautiful selection with great prices. My expectations were surpassed! Quick turnaround time; I ordered a stone color that everyone else kept telling me would take 5-10 months, was completed within 2 weeks of design approval.! Every process has been easy and they kept in touch with me each step. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

      Unbelievably great, was hesitant to order a marker online, but exceeded my expectations.. communicated with me ever step of the way.. easy to work with.. would highly recommend them .. design work, pricing and delivery to a different state was seemless.

      I am very pleased with this company and my recent purchase of a headstone for my parents' grave. The price and quality are amazing. My installer was very impressed at the quality of the headstone and told me he couldn't even come close to matching what I got given the price and speed in which I received the headstone.My only suggestion, which may only be my issue, but I had never ordered a headstone before and didn't know anything about the process. Additionally, I had the added stress of losing my mom and my husband just a few months apart, which made everything far more difficult. But I think I would have benefitted from someone going over all the things I needed to do on my end for the stone installation. I am sure it was written somewhere, but having someone discuss it with me, would have really helped.I will be getting my husband's headstone from this company also, which is a good indication of my satisfaction.

      I was a bit nervous about ordering a headstone online from an out-of-state company. But the ease in which I was able to communicate with *** and ***** calmed my fears. I ordered the stone on 5/2/24 and it arrived in perfect condition on 7/23/24. This same headstone would have cost me twice as much from the local monument company. Thanks to Headstone Deals, ***** I was able to get something more than just a gray slab with his name on it. I can't thank them enough in helping me take care of this last very important detail for my dad.

      Website was user friendly with timely customer service follow-up. It took about 6 weeks to make plus 1 week of shipping, which is what they had indicated. Headstone was not completely square but it turned out great at a much better price than I could find locally.

      I worked with www.headstonedeals.com for several months because I wanted to place a stone for my 5x great-grandfather who had served in the Revolutionary War. We held the dedication on June 8, 2024 in *********, ** and I couldn't have been happier with the stone that they provided.
