      We were so pleased with our total overall experience, from initial design to the final purchase of our headstone. First, the website was easy to use with many options available to choose from. Secondly, the communication was top notch . . . we received numerous emails throughout the process with proofs to make sure they had it exactly right and a picture of the headstone when it was finished. And lastly, the headstone arrived earlier than estimated, was crated so carefully to protect it from damage and the quality was amazing! Originally, it did seem somewhat weird to be ordering a headstone online, but from this experience, we would absolutely do it again and have told all our friends and family about this company and the cost savings as well. Thank you Headstone Deals!

      This company and their employees are amazing. They are very compassionate and understanding as you are going through a hard time in your life. Even in a time crunch they were able to complete and deliver our order within the timeframe we needed. The stone turned out exactly as we ordered it. I would highly recommend this company to assist you in honoring your loved one!

      I can not say how please I was with the headstone, Our whole family was so pleased that we where simply overwhelmed. The quality was more than we could have ever imagined. The communication from the beginning was on target an so kind and respectful. I simply can not tell in words how please the service was God Bless this whole facility *********************

      Absolutely beautiful, With so many options to choose from and working with them directly, *** and his team providing ideas and took the time to listen to what we wanted. This was by far the best customer online experience I have had in some time. I was also hesitant to order online but I can rest assure they are vary professional, courtesy and pleasent to work with. The stone was delivered in good condition and wrap properly. Just note that if you are going to be doing this yourself and setting the stone be prepared to have major help as this stones are not light, (Ours was a total of 700lbs.)

      While I was hesitant to order a custom piece online, I am very pleased with the stone. I was given several opportunities to review the engraving for accuracy. The stone was delivered in good condition and in the time frame they gave me. The price seemed reasonable.****************

      These guys were great . Couldn't ask for a better place.. they took the time to reach back out to me to better the look on the original photo I had emailed.. I wasn't able to send a better quality photo and we are all still 100 percent pleased with results.. not that I'm in a rush to order another one, but when that time comes again they will get my business.. thank you guys again!!!

      Headstone Deals reached out by email to confirm my online order. They made the some minor design changes I requested and sent a new proof for approval. After the headstone was complete, they sent another email with a picture of the product and shipping information. The headstone was very well package and arrived undamaged. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
