    I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting American Tire for a tire repair, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing encounter. Not only did they scratch my wheel during the repair process, but their subsequent handling of the situation left much to be desired.When I brought the scratched wheel to the store manager ****** attention, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the manager(*****) displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism. Rather than offering a solution or apology, he immediately accused me of fabricating the issue, insinuating that I was dishonest and attempting to make a false claim. This behavior was highly unbecoming of a store manager and was completely unacceptable.I was shocked by the store manager's rude and dismissive attitude. Their refusal to accept their mistake and their blatant attempt to shift blame onto me as a customer was deeply disheartening. As a customer who expected professionalism and quality service, I was left feeling betrayed and disrespected.Furthermore, the manager's claim that they had witnessed numerous other customers attempting to make false claims only added insult to injury. This generalization not only undermined the credibility of genuine customer concerns but also demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards their patrons.In addition to the damaging scratch on my wheel, the overall customer ********************** experience was subpar. The lack of accountability and the disrespectful behavior exhibited by the store manager were major deterrents. It is disheartening to see a business fail to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead engage in a blame game with their customers.Based on this encounter, I cannot recommend American Tire to anyone seeking quality tire repair services or professional customer care. The lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior, and failure to address their mistake are significant red flags that should not be overlooked.
