    I placed an order of samples with Fragancelord. After waiting nearly two weeks, the package finally arrived empty. I contacted their support team, expecting some sort of resolution. Instead, I was told by a *** named ***** to simply file a claim with my credit card. Thats it. No apology, no accountability, no investigation. She didn't even try to fix the issue.This is the most unprofessional customer service Ive experienced. The lack of responsibility and the dismissive response from their support team makes it clear that they dont stand behind their service or care about customer experience. I will never order from them again and strongly urge others to think twice before doing business with them.

    I recently made an online purchase from Fragrancelord.com. The purchase was made on Wednesday June 12,2024. The item was a Niche fragrance called Boadicea the Victorious (Blue Sapphire). This fragrance is very expensive at over $1000 at any other retailer. When I saw how deeply fragrance lord was discounting it I first made sure their site was legit and immediately made the purchase. They quickly shipped my product and I received said product on Thursday June 14,2024. Which was the next day. I immediately opened the product and as I looked and admired the bottle I quickly noticed the labeling was imperfect and actually crooked. I then noticed it did not have a batch number.After these red flags I smelled the fragrance. Thats when I knew this was not what I purchased as I have purchased this very fragrance in the past.I immediately went through the steps to contact the retailer and started my complaint and efforts to refund my money. The representative (*****) was very helpful in taking my information and asking if I could describe what was wrong. I did so and I included pictures of what I conveyed to her. I was detailed in my description and she was receptive.To summarize. She sent me a return label and I sent it right back the same or next day.And today I receive an email from them stating that they received my return but after inspection they cannot refund my money because I switched the bottles and returned a different one from what I received. She then went on to state the same description of imperfections I conveyed to receive a refund. They used the same imperfections about the bottle and label etc as I did to deny me my refund. This is ridiculous. And now Im here. Absolutely beware of this company and their shady practices. I recently reached out to them before I filed a complaint and surprisingly the responses have ceased.

    The customer has returned a product that is not in its original bottle, which raises significant concerns about its authenticity. We purchase all our products directly from the manufacturer, ensuring they are genuine and of the highest quality. The returned product not only lacks the essential batch code used to verify its origin and production details but also shows clear signs of tampering. The bottle and labeling do not match the specifications of the original product, indicating it has been altered or replaced with a different substance. Due to these discrepancies, we cannot accept this return or issue a refund.
