    I placed an order with Kats Botanicals on November 18, 2024, and needed to return a few items per their policy. I contacted them on December 11, and they provided a return label. I promptly shipped everything back, and they received my package on December 16. Since then, I have contacted them countless times regarding my $80 refund, and I’ve gotten nowhere. They just keep telling me to re*** out to my bank, but since I paid via ***, I can’t even dispute the charge.

    At this point, I feel completely robbed. They have my money and the returned products. Zero accountability, zero resolution. I would never order from them again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company.

    We are writing in response to the complaint filed by ****** *****. We take all customer concerns seriously and wish to provide a clear timeline of events that will demonstrate our company's proper handling of this matter.

    The customer's claim of "countless" attempts to re*** us is inconsistent with our detailed communication records. Our documentation shows that every contact from the customer received a prompt response, with multiple staff members, including me, the manager, personally corresponding with her regarding this matter.

    Upon receiving the returned product, our team processed a full refund within one week, specifically on December 30th at 7:48 AM. This transaction is documented in our system and can be verified through our payment processor. Once a refund is initiated from our end, the timing of when funds appear in a customer's account is solely dependent on their banking institution's processing times, which is beyond our control. We are not the bank.

    To summarize the key facts:

    1. The customer's return was received and processed within one week
    2. A full refund was issued on December 30th at 7:48 AM
    3. All customer communications were answered promptly and professionally
    4. Multiple staff members, including management, were involved in resolving this matter

    At this point, as we have already released the funds back to the customer months ago, and this has become a banking matter rather than a merchant issue. We have advised the customer multiple times to contact their banking institution regarding the timeline for the refund to appear in their account. We have also sent her receipts showing her it was issued with confirmation. 

    We believe we have fulfilled all our obligations as a merchant and have gone above and beyond to assist the customer throughout this process. Our records clearly demonstrate our commitment to customer service and proper business practices, including our quick processing of their return and refund.

    I placed an order from Kat's on 9/6. It never arrived, as it got lost in the mail. I reached out to Kat's and explained the situation. They are unwilling to refund or replace the order I never received. They won't file an insurance claim to **** on my behalf, and basically just said "That's unfortunate". So now I do not have what I ordered and they have my money. The customer service has been far from helpful in resolving the matter as well. At first they said they would replace or refund if I didn't hear back from **** by 9/20. Once I emailed them about that they changed it up and said they would no longer be doing that.

    On 7/22, I placed a 103 dollar order with Kats botanicals. I paid an extra $27 for express shipping. I was a first time customer and just wanted to try a couple of kratom strands out. On 7/22, I received a notice that the package had been delivered to my apartment complex mailbox but it wasnt. I waited until the next day, 7/23 and it still had not arrived. I sent a message on that day telling **** that Id not received my order. They said just wait a few more days. So I did. I let them know in 7/26 and 7/29 that Id not received it and asked them to replace it. They said I would have to wait until 8/2 for a claim to be initiated. I told them it was not possible for me to wait that long. I was a new customer and needed the product for pain. I explained all of this hoping they would rush a new order or refund the missing one. I waited another day and told them I would pay for the new order and to please refund me. I never heard anything back from them even after the placing the new replacement order and paying for express shipping again. I sent them an email every day from 7/29-8/2 asking for a resolution or a refund. They would not respond to anything. I called, sent chat messages through their website and nothing. This place tried to scam me out of 130 dollars. So I disputed the charge with my bank. They are crooks and scammers. Im not sharing the order number. They know who I am. I have already resolved it with my bank. They need to be outed for their scammy slimy dishonest disrespectful behavior. Absolutely unacceptable for any business.

    Have been a long loyal customer with ***'s **********************. About 3 weeks ago I placed an order via chat with ***** for 2 kilos of Kratom. Placed the order with ***** gave her my credit card information but it's been almost a month now and I still haven't received my order. I have been in contact **** botanicals regarding my issue multiple times, recently I spoke with ****** and he told me that I would receive a call back from a supervisor yet still nobody ever calls me back. Extremely frustrating that I have to keep reaching out and Nobody seems to get back with me. I would like one of the supervisors to contact me so I can do whatevers required to receive my order. Thank you ****
