    The company specializes in consolidating and reshipping shipments. They have my shipments and those of many other customers, but they have not shipped them to us and have not responded for months.

    I've used USAddress in the past. I had a package from ****** sent to my account in January. I was having trouble sending it to the shipping address I'm currently using so I shipped to NJ. As I've been instructed by them before, I set up for *** to pick up the package and take it to the shipping company in DE. It was not picked up. I've spoken to ***. I have the tracking number. I've emailed, phoned, and posted on Messenger for the last month but no response from USAddress. I keep getting an email asking for payment and for how long it's been there. But, no contact with a person. I want my package. It's been a month

    I have two packages with USAddress.com: Package ******* Package ******* First package was delivered around 12/23/2024. USAddress.com website is not allowing me to process payment for courier items. They are now threatening to add storage costs but I cannot pay for courier costs as per the errors on their website - see attached doc Unique USAddress.com identifier for me - Ste ******** Please help

    We sent the order to the company USADDRES, so that it could later be sent to the final address (Mozambique). The company agreed to receive the order in its warehouse, after our insistence in trying to process the shipment, the company after contact informed us that they were having technical problems issuing a shipping label and there was no probable date for the resolution. After days of insisting on the situation, the team suggested that we issue a shipping label with one of the shipping companies to collect the order. After completing the requirement according to the USaddress customer service representative, we shared the collection request via email and they did not respond to the email, did not respond to phone calls and did not respond to the team's collection request when they tried to get in touch. As clients, my entire investment is at risk. I need your help.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against USaddress.com, a forwarding address service provider, for their failure to fulfill their contractual obligations and provide the service I paid for. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have not received satisfactory resolution.I contracted USaddress.com to forward a package to my address. I paid the required fee for this service, but my package has been delayed for over six weeks due to the companys inability to create and provide the necessary shipping label. The company has refunded the forwarding fee but insists that I, the customer, must provide a shipping label for them to forward the package. This request is unreasonable and contrary to the service agreement.The company has cited technical issues with their label-making system as the reason for their inability to fulfill the service. However, as a consumer, I should not be responsible for resolving internal operational issues of the service provider. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and potential financial loss, as the contents of the package are valuable.I believe this constitutes a violation of the Federal Trade Commissions Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which requires businesses to deliver goods within the timeframe promised and to handle all logistical aspects of the delivery process. USaddresss failure to provide the necessary shipping label and deliver my package as agreed upon is a clear breach of these regulations.I request the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that USaddress.com fulfills their obligations or provides appropriate compensation for their failure to do so.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of my complaint.
