    Beware of this company. They know most people use their services when they are in the process of selling their home and need their oil tank removed. We used them to remove a tank on a property we were selling. Their workers reported no holes in the tank and therefore most likely no issues with the soil. However, we received a report from Brinks saying there were holes in the tank which required them to test the soil and the contamination levels came back so high that, in addition to the 5k we paid for their work, we had to pay an additional 21k - and possibly more if they found deep soil contamination. We had no choice but to move forward because the minute soil contamination is reported in ** you are assigned a case number with DEP. You cannot sell your home until issue is resolved. The issue is the company that makes the determination of contamination is the very company you use to remove your tank - a crooked company can say anything about your soil results and force remediation. You are stuck and most pay someone to resolve the issue. Fortunately, before we made a deposit on payment we were able to get our hands on the tank report which showed no holes - which led us to believe they more than likely lied about soil contamination. Both our potential buyers and our family did our own testing and found no soil contamination. We took Brinks to court (Nov. 2022) for the 5k we had to pay a new company and won a default judgement (Feb. 2023) and full amount was awarded (April 2023) after months of Brinks failing to appear in court and applying stall tactics. They also tried to hide assets to avoid payment. We had to issue a levy on their bank account and freeze their assets to collect anything. We have collected 85% of the money and continue to go after the rest. Avoid our drama and just avoid them at all costs. They are not honest. I would have zero stars if allowed.
