    I contracted them to settle 3 loans with a signed and written contract to reduce the debt by roughly half. I was told to forward any and all communications by any of the lenders to them to be sure the process would not be interrupted. I followed protocol and paid they ********* in agreed to weekly payments. None of the 3 lenders heard anything from them and one finally took action and locked down all my accounts for 3 times the amount owed. I had to work out my own deal with them to get my funds released. After weeks of asking for updates or documented settlement agreements, broken promise after broken promise, they have done nothing. ****** ****** was assigned to my case and he is the worst of anyone. He has given me 24 lies of telling me he was going to do something and did not. I withheld payments given we had an agreed to weekly payment by a number of weeks and given the 11K I paid them directly + the 27K one of the lenders took from my account, I was far ahead of payments given our contracted value. Bottom line is this company and all who work there are crooks. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It if far from finished as I will be relentlessly going after them. They must go down and be put out of business.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They were fully aware of the lien on my accounts as I copied them on every communication I received. Further that, after days of inaction by Strategic Turnaround, I finally contacted the debtors attorney who put the lien on my accounts. He confirmed he heard nothing from ST which forced me to settle direct with the debtor. This is completely opposite of what their service was to provide. They have also had zero contact with the other 2 debtors, both of whom confirmed with me on more than one occasion. End of the day I sent them over ********* and they have not done one thing according to their own contract. They are ripoffs and dishonest and I will pursue legal options to take them to court.

    This is one of the worst businesses I have ever worked with. They are supposed to help you reach a settlement agreement with companies that have given you daily high interest loans. I have two daily loans totaling around $40,000. I reached out to Strategic Turnaround and at first they were great at communicating. They said that I would need to deposit a little over $20000 with them ($1200 per week). This was a challenge but I was able to do it. Once I reach the amount in my contract they said I needed to keep contributing the $1200/week indefinitely. I said there was no way I could do that, if they gave me a specific amount more that I need to contribute I would find a way but I couldn't keep paying them forever. They agreed that I could quit paying and that they would settle with the companies for the amount I had in my account. Since then I have received little to no communication from them, while the companies I owe keep harassing me daily. I have received several offers to settle from these companies (the settlement must come through Strategic Turnaround since they have my money) for less than the amount in my "account" with them. They have made no effort to settle with these companies. I have asked for my money back and they have refused, I have literally begged them to settle and they have refused. I don't know what to do at this point. I am frustrated and scared that I am going to end up losing my business.

    I entered into a debt resolution agreement with this company last summer in July 2024 after they aggressively pursued my business and convinced me that could help save me money and reduce my four very high-interest rate business loans. They promised me I could trust them and assured me that I was in good hands. They guaranteed me that they would negotiate better terms and even save me up to 80% on each position I had. (I have attached the contract for your review). When I completed the agreed amount of payout, I discovered that in fact they had not even contacted three of the lenders and only sent out about $8500. All paid late. To date I have paid in almost $53,000 and they refuse to communicate with me and will not give me any details. Three of the lenders are now freezing my bank accounts and have sent me emails stating that Strategic has not been in contact nor have they paid any monies. The one lender they did contact states they have only paid in about $8500 and stopped paying them in early December. I have called, emailed and sent them certified notification that I want my money back and that they have not done what they promised. They are all very dishonest and are using stall tactics to buy time. They will not communicate and will not provide me with escrow information. They have basically stolen about $46,500 from me and have caused me to have my assets frozen and my business name destroyed. I out my trust and faith in them and they simply stole my money with absolutely zero remorse. I need your help. I am an honest hard-working person who tried to do the right thing and pay what I could afford. The high rates were sinking me, and this business preyed on my bad situation and made it even worse. Please don't let these bad people get away with this. I really need your help. **** **** ###-###-####

    I am filing a formal complaint against Strategic Turnaround LLC for their mishandling of my case, lack of communication, and their failure to manage my debt settlements. Below are the critical points:Lack of Communication:Strategic Turnaround LLC failed to keep me informed and ignored multiple requests for updates. As a result, I had little to no information on the status of my debts.Frozen Assets:My assets have been frozen for 4 weeks out of the last 7, which has placed my family in a dire financial situation. We have been forced to borrow money just to provide for our children.Unsettled Debts:Despite being told not to contact my debtors, only 2 out of 6 debts had settlements after two months, and 4 debtors were not even contacted. Of the two settlements, one was agreed upon but never paid, causing further financial issues.Ignored Settlement Offers:I forwarded excellent settlement opportunities to **** and ****** at Strategic, but they failed to act, resulting in missed opportunities.Pending Lawsuits:Two companies threatened lawsuits due to a lack of communication from Strategic, and one gave a months notice, yet no action was taken, leading to the freezing of all my assets.Incomplete Accounting:Seven weeks into the program, Strategic had deployed less than half of the funds I had sent, while the remaining amount was sufficient to settle debts that escalated into lawsuits.Dishonest Advice:I was advised to open a separate bank account to hide my money from Strategic rather than settling my debts, which raised serious concerns about their intentions.I have emails, text messages, and debtor testimony to back up these claims, including evidence of Strategics false claims about communicating with debtors. Their mismanagement has exacerbated my financial troubles, and I am seeking immediate resolution and compensation.

    Strategic Turnaround was in the process of securing 3 additional settlements when Mr. ******** defaulted on his payments.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They claim they were paying United first out of the money that I sent them, what sparked this entire complaint was that United first contacted me saying that strategic had defaulted on their payments at which time I stopped making payments because they were not paying out what they had agreed to. The next day I received a call from Byzfunder who Strategic had also reached a settlement with and stated that they missed both of the payments. Strategic was given plenty of money to stay on top of United first and to pay the ** payments, they chose not to do so. I would be happy to get notifications from ********* and United first showing that strategic defaulted on the Payment agreements prior to me stopping payment to strategic. There is really no argument here, strategic did not hold up their end of the deal, and therefore I would like a refund of the money that has not been spent on paying off these debts.

    On March 7, 2023 I entered into a contract with Strategic Turnaround, LLC. I submitted my first check of $715 to assist me with several Merchant Cash Advance loans. This was a ************************ Services Agreement. Per the contract they were to "secure settlement terms with Creditor(s) or affiliated representatives in writing &" engage in good faith negotiations with Creditor(s) affiliated representatives on business lines of credit, business loans and Merchant Cash Advances." I was to pay them $715 per week for 26 weeks. I made 2 payments to Strategic in the amount of $1430 total. I submitted a copy of all of my contracts, forwarded all emails & followed all of contracts rules. Per the contract I was to cease all direct communication with the Creditors and refer all communications from the Creditor to ************************ Company. I had multiple drafts from these *** companies coming out of my business account. I was told by ************************* to "stop payments" on these drafts. The *************** immediately started. I was advised to ignore and forward any communication. For weeks I repeatedly emailed and called Strategic to get updates on my "consolidation" plan. 3 weeks in and none of the companies I owed had been contacted. Because of Strategic inactivity and advising me to "stop payments" I owed even more money because "stopping payments" put me in breech of my contracts. I was fined default fees up to $10,000 per *** contract. On 3/24/23 I emailed ************************ @**************** check on any communication on my behalf by ****************(my Rep) or anyone. His reply "No he hasn't -**************** does not work with Debt Consultating." ***** @Vader same, "no response". On 4/23/23 I emailed all the *** companies and CC'd in Strategic to put everyone on the same page. I asked Strategic to return my money due their breech of contract. I'm STILL paying the ***'s back. Strategic has never responded other than sending me more bills. I have all documentation.

    I signed a contract 06/23/2022 with Strategic Turnaround to reduce my $157k MCA's debts, after $61K paid directly to them and $20k directly to one lender (Swift) total $81k , Im stoped the payment because no settlement was reached, now the want more money and are keeping my $61K, minus $4K paid to one Lender (Everest) after my request.
