    Purchased a monthly membership for the Coming Soon ************, ** location for $125.00 monthly, charged initially up front. It has been over a year since I have purchased this and the location still remains closed. I have now moved out of state and will never be able to utilize the service I have previously paid for. I have been emailing Glosslab for 8 months now with minimal support / little response. In November of 2023, someone from their customer service team said that a check for the refund was mailed out (twice) with neither even being received. The last contact they provided was that their finance manager was looking into this, but they have not provided ANY response in over 6 months. Given they advised via email that I would receive a refund, and still have not to date, I feel that they were manipulative in leading me on and prolonging the refund by pushing me onto someone else. I simply want my refund for $125 service I will never be able to use. This location remains unopened and the membership can only be used at that location. Since I sent my initial email, they removed the option to purchase this membership for that location from their website, making me believe that I promoted that action to remove the purchase of that membership from their website. I have reached out via multiple avenues with no response on 6+ months and I am owed $125 from this business.

    I joined GLOSSLAB as a member at their ***** location on **********. GLOSSLAB unilaterally and without notice to members closed the Texas location at ********** for "improvements". I attempted multiple times to book an appointment for a pedicure and manicure but was unable to in the month of April or end of March. GLOSSLAB still charged me my monthly fee despite being unable to use their services for this month. I reached out via email multiple times without a response. I eventually received a response to one of my queries where GLOSSLAB canceled my membership for future payments. BUT I still have received no response or refund for my April payments.

    I tried multiple avenues to cancel a subscription service. The physical location instructed me to email to cancel my subscription. After getting one reply to my initial email, the team stopped responding. I followed up multiple times and have an email thread evidencing this. My credit card has been charged for 6 months since the requested was submitted.

    I was told that if I signed up to be a founding member that I would be able to use my membership at any GLOSSLAB location near me. The problem is this company charged me before the stores even opened and none have opened in the 3 months since I purchased the membership. At this point I feel like the Founding Membership is a predatory pricing practice designed to make customers spend money without getting a product in return. I feel that I should be refunded fully and that this is a practice and company other potential customers should be warned about.

    I signed up for a monthly membership. Their cancellation policy is to email the customer service email and they will send you a link to cancel. I emailed them twice to cancel and received no response to cancel. They then took money out of my account to charge for another month of the membership. I reached out again to get my money back and they did not respond. I reached out on instagram and they said they forwarded my email to the customer service team and that was 3 days ago and I have not heard anything. This company is a scam to steal peoples money.
