  If you're considering doing business with this company, think again. They specialize in shoddy construction, cutting corners, and leaving buyers to pick up the pieces. They even changed rebranded their name on this website from ******** ******************* to Oakland Waverly LLC, but dont be fooledthey're still the same deceptive operation.Operating under a web of LLCs1254 ***********; OAKLAND WAVERLY, LLC; 70 ***********; **************************; ******** REDEVELOPMENT GROUP; ************** LLC; ******** SUSTAINABILITY GROUPthey're clearly trying to dodge liability at all costs. A quick OPRA (public record) search reveals a staggering $1,213,963.99 in unpaid judgments against these entities, which is a clear sign that they are in serious financial trouble.After enduring the nightmare of a new home warranty, arbitration found them liable for a nemerous issues: roofs leaking, siding damage, electrical problems- the list is endless. Despite being ordered to make repairs, they have completely ignored their obligations, leaving homeowners to fend for themselves with unresolved claims against their insurance.This builder is not only negligent but also reckless, hiring unlicensed workers who only make existing problems worse. Save yourself the headachestay far away from this company!

  Significant attempts were made to address issues in Ms. ******* building. However, she engaged in a campaign of *********************** of property in the building, tortious interference; harassment, bullying, ********************** against workers in the building. Her despicable behavior made the situation unworkable. She chose to seek remedy through the new home buyer warranty program and it was decided that was the best course of action.

  BUYERS BEWARE!! We bought a condo from *** ******** and he never finished our building. He left us with a variety of issues that were built incorrectly, lied to us about all of it and then ultimately ghosted us. Your home warranty wont cover his mistakes!!Take your money elsewhere if you are looking for quality work, you wont find it here.

We were subjected to constant harassment, as well as ********************** against workers in the building to the point that workers did not want to return. She chose to seek remedy through the new home buyer warranty program and it was decided that was the best course of action. We wish her well.

  This is a horrible company and I advise you not to do business with them. This company built my condo building and several aspects of the build are not even up to code. The building is only two years old and has 8 units. The roof is leaking into 4 units. We need a whole new roof, siding, and plumbing. Like the reviewer below mentioned, the plumbing is wrong- hot and cold water are comingled- so we have no control over the temperature of our water. I have no screens in 3 of my windows. Cracks in all the tiles. The decks were installed improperly, and the electric car chargers in the garage are completely fake! There is no wiring to power them! This company is the worst I have ever done business with and should not be building and selling homes to anyone in the state of **********.

  The building was inspected repeatedly throughout construction and passed all inspections. Every new building has a punchlist phase and significant attempts were made to address issues. However, the level of aggression and nastiness from members of the *** made it impossible to proceed. We were subjected to constant harassment, as well as ********************** against workers in the building to the point that workers did not want to return. It was decided that the best course of action to address the issues was through the new home buyer warranty program.

  Proceed with extreme caution when dealing with the Chartier Group. We bought an apartment in a new construction building from *** Chartier in 2022 and it has been nothing but problems. He neglected to complete portions of the building including the common area floor, hallways, and stairwell. The areas that were completed were done poorly. The water in the building does not work correctly, the roof/siding both need to be replaced and there are leaks throughout the building. There are far too many issues to list in this review. Many misrepresentations were in the sale including the promise of electric car chargers, which were never installed. Despite losing multiple binding arbitrations administered through the new construction warranty program none of these issues have been addressed. The Chartier Group is a completely unscrupulous and dishonest business. Take your business elsewhere.

For starters, neither Chartier Redevelopment Group nor Chartier Group were the developer of the building he refers to. Secondly, significant attempts were made to address issues in his building, but ******************** chose to participate in a campaign of tortious interference; *********************** of property in the building; and harassment, bullying, ********************** against workers in the building. ******************** chose to seek remedy through the new home buyer warranty program and it was decided that was the best course of action, based on the maliciousness and despicable actions taken against the builder & those involved in trying to address issues.
