This company uses ******** adds to lure companies to "like" the add then a sales person *****************, uses your contact information to contact you and convince you that their software is perfect for your company and then convince you to sign a contract. Once the inprocessing begins, you learn that it isn't what you were expecting. Trying to get out of the contract, which is supposed to be free of charge for the first 3 months, is a nightmare. He turns it over to their financial department who threatens to turn you over to a 3rd party collection department. No one returns phone calls and no one responds to emails regarding my complaint. I have received only emails from the financial department wanting me to pay to void the contract. This is criminal sales tactics that I will not give into. The sales department is unresponsive and the financial department will not answer the phone. My next step is upper management and litigation

The Company never completed the onboarding with all my employees. Then the product never worked for my cleaning team. The features and functions are built around the insect exterminator business model. The crossover is just too far.

I have been using this company for 20 plus years. I have never been late with the payment, I have purchased extra services as my company grew and I have watched them grow just as I have. Now at the end of my career when my husband has been diagnosed with incurable lung cancer and has a less than 35% chance of living for 5 years they're refusing to allow me out of my contract. I'm not even asking to be out of it entirely I just want to reduce some of the services I've been paying for. And they are flat refusing it. I cannot believe this company can be so heartless. They don't care that I am one of those that helped them grow to what they are today. When I started with them they were more then a throwaway app on a standalone computer.

They never produced a working product and charge me $1574.00 when they stated we would not be charged until the product was delivered. To make things worse they sent ** to collections for $2249.67.

I will never give a negative review solely based on a mistake, but when a company exhibits poor customer service, apathy, and prioritizes trapping customers in contracts, they deserve criticism. Despite great promises, Workwave failed to deliver on software, support, and training. The software had major issues, and even after 21 days of waiting for a fix, additional problems persisted. They neglected to mention the need for extra licenses and ignored cancellation requests. Communication was ignored or redirected to different departments. ********* was a challenge, and my frustration was met with dismissive remarks. A resolution was only offered with a year-long buyout. Despite being obligated to pay for a year-long contract, Workwave unjustly restricted my access to the software after just one month. This review aims to warn others about their lack of customer service and professional ethics. If you're willing to waste time and money on broken software and frustration, choose Workwave.

I can only echo what everyone below has said. Weve had the exact same experience. This software is not user friendly. The sales reps do not respond once you have signed the agreement and they try to bill you for early cancellation of the whole year they say that you owe them even though you are told you can cancel at any time! The billing department has not called me back for a month. This company is straight trash and a scam! Do not use them!
