      They con and lie to many people into signing leases with misinforming customers!! They say one thing and do another and cant help in the end when your business fails, but reassure you in the beginning that there wont be any charges. Fake and unhelpful, deceitful and in the end, tell you that they cant help you because you signed the contract.

      Never trust this merchants services they have very poor customer ******************** never answer the phone on weekends you ***t wan to have a company like slice merchant ther hill the money for more than 7 days when you sign up they tell you you money will be available next day but tha is no tru the hold my money for 7 days and still *** release yet to me they causing a big damage because they hold my money am thinking file a law sue to slice merchant services because they causing to loss my contract do to holding my money with a good reason please I advice you ***t do the mistake th I did by doing business with slice merchant services I loss my contract

      This company is a scam. I tried their product for a day and realized it wasn't for us. They are charging abundant fees to "cancel early". It is not a good fit and they will not work with us to take return it!

      Reading this review one would assume he signed up and immediately changed his mind. This customer has had our equipment for 5 months and has processed over $7000 on it. The claim that we will not work with a customer is not true. If equipment is not a good fit we work with our customers to get them something that does fit. What this customer expects is not a resolution like that, but to void his agreement after having the equipment.

      This company has been nothing but a source of frustration for us. You allowed a fraudulent account to be opened under our owners name and our business without proper verification. We contacted you immediately to report the fraud and instructed you to stop processing purchases on this account and cease attempts to collect funds from us. Despite our efforts, we had to go as far as filing a police report, and even after providing this critical information to Slice, we are still being forced to follow up for months to have this account removed.This prolonged inaction is unacceptable. It now poses a serious risk to our companys reputation and jeopardizes our owners credit. The lack of basic verification measures on your part to prevent this in the first place is outrageous, but whats even more disturbing is your continued failure to act promptly in closing this account, allowing the harm to persist for both us and those who were deceived by the fraudulent activity.This situation is beyond frustratingits completely unprofessional!

      They advertise on social media. THEY SELL THEMSELVES AS A POS SYSTEM AND THEY ARE A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY (who scams lots of businesses!). They sold themselves to me as a POS system, not a credit card processing system. This is unprofessional and VERY false advertising. When I called them out on their BS, they wouldn't return my calls or emails. Never ever use this company!
