  They refinished my engineered wood floor which came out awful. The repair to a damaged panel was done with a wood filler that began peeling immediately. The solution from the sales representative was to do new flooring when I paid the full price of $4,000.00. I would get new flooring at a discounted price. I had asked for $1,000 refund. There was never an offer to discount the work that was done. I was told that I had signed an agreement that there was no guarantee for the work and that I was advised verbally. All this is true but for a company that has been around for so many years I would think that it would want to leave their customers happier. I was told that my floor was cheap and poor quality and that is the reason it did not come out right, then they should not have done the job at all. The workers are not allowed to speak with the customers only the sales representative can communicate with us and I was never notified of the damage caused to the wood. I found the defects when I was able to look at the floor. I was wrong to pay the bill in full. I will never use them again and will spread the word of how my experience was with them. You leave a customer happy and they will refer business to you. You leave a customer dissatisfied and that dissatisfaction will spread like wild fire. The sales representative got a-fended by me stating that the work was unprofessional and the service was not professional. I expected more for the top dollar I paid. I would have expected them to refund a portion of the money but they did not. The only solution that was constantly repeated was to do a new flooring and apologized that the floor did not turn out good. His apologies do not help me.
