    I contacted a representative from their customer service troubleshooting line and explained that my iHome kept stating "Please Check the Front Bumper." The representative advised me to loosen the three screws in the front, but the issue persisted. They then instructed me to remove the battery and wait 30 minutes before trying again. After waiting an hour, the representative asked if I had the receipt. I explained that it was damaged due to a severe rainstorm on the day of purchase, and my phone was dead, so I couldn't take a photo. I had paid cash at ******** The representative said she would send me an email to continue the conversation. I emailed back to report that the device still wouldn't turn on after following the troubleshooting recommendations.The email response stated that nothing could be done without a receipt, despite our prior phone conversation. They essentially offered me a 25% discount on a new device. This item is less than 6 months old, and I feel that they could make a one-time accommodation, considering that I spent $300 on this vacuum.Location of purchase ******* August 15,2023

    There are many 3rd party vendors that sell refurbished or used stock. We ask for a receipt to verify that a product is new and under our manufacturer's warranty to initiate a claim. The receipt must show that it was purchased from one of our Authorized Retailers. The customer was not able to produce a receipt. As a result, we were not able to verify the purchase. After the complaint, we reached out to the customer and reached a settlement. We are in the process of fulfilling the warranty claim by exchanging the product. We can consider this matter closed.
