    I won $350 12/8 they promise you will receive the funds you choose to withdraw within 3-5 days they held it until this week and then only paid 3.20 not the 300 I requested, multiply the interest they are collecting doing this by thousands of winners

    They used and poorly handled my debit card information and my card was hot carded and charged $175 in the process. Original transaction with business was $20.Now I have to go thru bank to get new card and access my money.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your feedback. We have investigated with our reputable nationwide processing companies and can confirm only $19 was charged to your account for your purchase on our site. We believe there is a misunderstanding on how a bank declares a debit card a hot card. Banks will hot card a debit card to prevent unauthorized transactions and as stated the $19 charge for your purchase was successfully processed on our website at your request.The $175 charge resulting in the debit card being hot carded has nothing to do with theLotter. and was not charged by theLotter. It is unfair for us to be accused of using and poorly handling debit card information with no supporting documentation. We pride ourselves on securely handling customer data and will do what we need to address this concern for you.
