Victory Home Remodeling has sent multiple solicitors to our home, after we indicated in plain language that we were not interested in their service. Their employees spread half-truths about being local and working on things in the neighborhood. I am in ******, they are headquartered in *******. They make outrageous claims about pricing in order to undercut local competition and hollow out the market. Their solicitors regularly sweep our neighborhood, spreading disinformation in an attempt to convince people into committing to spurious contracts. The solicitor who came today knocked on our sidelight loudly, rang our doorbell, waited, retreated to our patio, pressed the doorbell, knocked again and walked back to the patio, as if to not get caught. Both times, he walked up our patio stairs to the level of our front door and looked through a window in one of our doors sidelights that is partially obscured by a stained glass decoration in an attempt to invade the privacy of my family. There is no reason or intention for this behavior other than looking into my house to see if we were home so they could sell us something. What happens inside my home is not the business of others, especially those about to present a sales pitch. This behavior is morally unconscionable and unacceptable. I have supporting timestamped video of the employee looking into the sidelight window.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. The privacy and comfort of homeowners in the communities we serve are extremely important to us.

We want to be transparent about who we are as a company. Victory Home Remodeling only canvasses in towns where weve completed work, obtained proper permits, and met the background check requirements set by the local police department. This includes ******, where weve proudly done work for homeowners. We used to be closer from our original headquarters  located back when we started in *****, ** over in ***************************** - right by the ************ While our current headquarters is in *******, we continue to serve communities across **********, as well as parts of ************, ********, ************ and ************* led by referrals, online inquiries or from canvassing a local area and meeting homeowners like yourself.

That said, we never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by a visit from our team. The behavior you describedespecially the claim of an employee looking through your sidelightis deeply concerning and not reflective of our company values or training. If youre open to it, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and review the video you mentioned. Its important to us to address any conduct that doesnt meet our standards.
If youd prefer not to be contacted by canvassers in the future, we encourage you to reach out to your township clerk to be added to Veronas official No Knock List. This is the most effective way to ensure your address is omitted from all permitted solicitation activity in your town.

Were committed to doing right by our customers and the communities we work in. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If you'd like to speak further, please reach out to us directlywere here to listen and take meaningful action where needed.

Have been getting constant calls back to back, every day for at least two months. I gave my number a while ago for an estimate which I didn't end up needing and now I get at LEAST 8 calls a day from different numbers. From different area codes. I've had to block numerous phone numbers and I'm TIRED OF IT. I have to block every single phone number and it's a big problem because I sometimes end up not answering ACTUAL important phone calls from lawyers or orders that I have placed. It has been going on for months and I'm very upset and tired of it. These numbers in the photos are just a few. I have lost track.

    Hi *******,

We want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. We fully understand how overwhelming it can feel to receive repeated calls, and your concerns are absolutely valid.
That said, we were a bit surprised to see this formal complaint given the steps we had already taken to resolve the issue promptly. After seeing your Google review (attached), our team responded immediately and asked you to send us your contact information so we could investigate and remove it from our system. Once we received your email, we completed the removal within approximately one hour.
Additionally, our Customer Success Manager reached out to you personally to apologize and understand the situation further(Attached). During that conversation, it was clarified that you had not previously answered any of the calls to directly request removal, which would have helped us resolve the issue sooner.

We want to be clear: it is not our intention to overwhelm or harass anyone with excessive phone calls. We’ve taken this seriously and have already submitted a request to our contact center to review all call logs associated with your number. Once we receive those records, we will reach back out to you to share our findings and ensure full transparency.
Please know that your contact information has already been removed from our outreach system, and you should not receive any further communication from us (attached). If there is anything else we can do to make this right, don’t hesitate to let us know.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I was accosted by people going door to door in my neighborhood while doing some work around my driveway. They told me about much needed roof repairs and window repairs, and that they would give a free estimate. I kindly turned this down, but they were incredibly pushy and aggressive. So in an effort to be left alone, I said sure let's make an appointment with the intention of cancelling it. Cancelling the appointment apparently requires an act of god, and even over the phone they were incredibly pushy and aggressive. "How about later today? How about tomorrow? How about next week?* And on ad infinitum.
I've now been intermittently harassed about this over the past several months. Their business model appears to be harassment and intimidation and it needs to stop.

I have never regretted opening the door for someone as much as I have after doing so for this company. We know our roof is old so we were willing to get an estimate. The kid told me they had done a roof 2 blocks away. Well I drove around and no one had gotten a new roof. Then I read reviews and saw that the estimate process takes well over 2 hours and that they're pushy over getting you to sign on the spot. We wouldn't because well with my dad being an ex construction worker that's just not how you do this. I would need multiple quotes to move forward. My husband and I discussed it over the weekend and decided we were going to cancel the appointment for the estimate mostly because we just weren't ready to start a new project in the next year so no sense in wasting everyone's time. They call me at 7:34am on Monday morning to confirm my estimate appointment. I explain the situation and he seemed super understanding and said no problem. Fast forward to 12 hours and 4 minutes later and I get a text from ***** about rescheduling for "today or tomorrow" yeah sure come on by at 7:38PM in pitch blackness to see my roof and let's chat. Obviously assuming that was automated and a mistake....nope got another call on Tuesday October 15th at 10:30 and then again at 12:38pm ... now I keep telling them WE ARE NOT INTERESTED especially when you're not listening to me when I tell you WE WILL NOT BE DOING THIS IN THE NEXT YEAR. Well today at 11:50 am I got ANOTHER CALL. On a recorded line so YOU HAVE ME ON A RECORDING ASKING YOU TO STOP CALLING ME.Buyer beware...I will never work with this company and I will warn everyone I come across. Check Yelp, their ******** reviews are made up most of those people ONLY reviewed them so paid for and they will not stop calling and harassing you.

I just had an employee from Victory come to my door just 10 minutes ago and solicit despite my sign than says “No Solicitors”. I’ll leave his name out of it because it’s not him, but the general solicitation practice that I’m not fond of.

Not only did he ignore the sign, he was probably taught to ask questions that pressure the potential client into an appointment.

The first question they ask should be “are you interested?” And if the answer is yes, they can continue with the “presentation.” But I wasn’t asked if I was interested, I just kept being asked about specific days and times where someone could come for an official consultation. NO MEANS NO. No doesn’t mean, “what about later today? Or tomorrow?” IT MEANS I AM NOT INTERESTED.

The persuasion tactics that these employees are taught are meant to take advantage of people, feel pressured, and it doesn’t feel good.

I submitted an inquiry for some home repairs online via ****, and received a call from Victory HRG that was very aggressive. As a result, I told them over the phone as well as by email that I'm no longer interested in their services any longer, now or in the future, and demanded they no longer contact me by phone or email. Well I've still been receiving calls non-stop, even having blocked them my phone is still littered with notifications of the incoming blocked call. It's becoming harassment and I need the calls to stop. Thanks for any assistance, hoping other people don't have to put up with this either.

On 12/28/2023 an employee of Victory knocked on my door and told me they were "working on other homes in the area" and asked if I would be interested in a free estimate. I agreed even though I clearly stated was not interested in upgrading my windows now or in the near future. A sales rep came to my house, "inspected" my windows, and even brought window samples and a heat lamp!! I repeated several times during the "estimate" I was not interested in an upgrade and only curious about cost if I were to do so. Since Dec 28th, I have been receiving at least 13 phone calls a day from Victory HRG number: **************. I just want them to stop calling me!

I apologize for not getting back sooner. We have made the necessary adjustments on our end to ensure the phone calls stop. There will be no further communication from Victory moving forward. This is not a reflection of who we are as a company and again apologize for the headache this has caused. Have a good new year!

I have been receiving MANY phone calls and text messages regarding setting up an appointment for new windows from Victory Home Remodeling. On February 14 I clicked a link in my ******** profile to get an estimate on windows. I immediately got a phone call and made an appointment for Thursday, February 16. When they did the preliminary interview with my husband, they asked if both of us would be there, and he explained no. He would be the only one at the appointment. Both of us work and We discussed price etc. and I gave him complete autonomy to handle the meeting and make any decisions. When they called this morning to confirm they wanted to verify if I would be there and when he told them no, Victory Home Improvement said we both had to be there. My husband canceled and asked to be taken off their mailing list. That was at 8 o’clock this morning since that time I personally have received three phone calls from a man named Josh trying to set up an appointment, five texts trying to set up an appointment and an email trying to set up an appointment . I have explained on the phone, text, and email that I don’t appreciate the company overriding the decision of how my husband and I run our home and our finances. I have also specifically asked to stop contacting me. We are just looking to put five windows in, this isn’t brain surgery, and the company is now harassing me every hour with some form of communication trying to set up an appointment. I can appreciate that. They would prefer to have both of us there, but if it is our decision, not to, they shouldn’t keep harassing us. I checked their website and nowhere does it say it is mandatory that both spouses are present. And when I asked the gentleman to point out where it is, stated, he told me this is just their preference for the initial meeting. I am trying to get all forms of communication stopped, because they will not stop

Hello. Thanks for sending us your feedback. Firstly, we'd like to apologize for continuing to call regarding a free estimate after you kindly asked us to cancel your appointment. Since there are so many styles and options, we appreciate you understanding why we ask for both homeowners to be involved in the free estimate. It allows our company to be as efficient as possible when providing a price that is good for a year. We have removed you from our database so please feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions. Best wishes.
