    They keep refusing to pay me, and use excuses like there was a problem with my bank account. I use the same bank on every site and have not had any other issues at all, except for dingdingding. I hit 1200 on 4/28 and they have done everything possible to not pay me. I just want to redeem whatever is due to me.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with DING's Top Up Mobile Phone service. I have been a loyal customer for some time, but recent experiences have left me feeling deceived and overcharged.

    The fees associated with higher tier top-up plans are exorbitant. I find it unjustifiable to pay at least $10 extra on a $40 top-up. This pricing strategy feels like a ripoff and lacks transparency.

    Furthermore, I have noticed discrepancies in the exchange rates for different currencies. When comparing DING's claimed exchange rate for Armenian Dram (AMD) to the actual market rate, I observed a significant difference. DING's rate results in nearly $4 in fees for a transaction that should cost approximately $4.99. This demonstrates a lack of accuracy and attention to detail in currency conversion.

    Additionally, when selecting the highest top-up amount of 18209 AMD, which should be around $44.51, I was charged a total of $59.99, including a $15.48 discrepancy. This excessive fee is unacceptable and further contributes to the perception that DING's pricing structure is manipulative.

    Unless these issues are promptly addressed and resolved, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using DING's services. I urge you to conduct a thorough review of your pricing structure, exchange rates, and fee calculations to ensure transparency and fairness for your customers.

    I expect a timely response and a resolution to be provided within [timeframe]. Failure to address these concerns will reinforce my decision to discontinue using DING indefinitely. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in the customer experience and prevent others from experiencing similar issues.
