    I enrolled in the school and started on December 8th 2021. I was enrolled in the esthetician program part time because I work full time to support myself. I had to take out a loan which was over ******. I was told that I would be Learning facials, waxing, makeup, and overall esthetics to pass the state exam. However I continued to go to the school until June and still did not learn any of these things. It was false advertisement and my money and myself was being taken advantage of. My expected graduation date would be October. The main thing that happened was A student enrolled in the school Who I previously tried to get a restraining order on due to stalking. I could not get a restraining order on her the police told me because we did not have a romantic relationship. The girl was sitting outside my house, have pictures of her car. She would sit outside the school and wait for me to come and go. I told the school this and that for my safety she should not be allowed near me. She had threatened me before, told me that she would always follow me, she even would go to my work and try to get me fired. The police could not help me and the school told me there is nothing they can do. They said they can have someone walk me to my car and that was it. I was not safe and did not feel safe in the environment. She would go to the school and wait in the bathroom instead of her class, waiting for me to go into the bathroom. Again I did not feel safe. She hit me with her car, threatened me with the manager there. Nothing was ever done. I was harassed, bullied, threatened inside and right outside the school daily. I would like my money back, the loan to be stopped so I no longer owe them money. My transcript and hours. When I asked for these things they never responded to me and then dropped me from the school. Even though I had a doctors note that I could no longer attend the school due to my health. I need my hours so I can go somewhere else and transcripts.

    Student attended School, went on a leave of absence, never returned. The Academy followed and exercised the policies and standards outlined in the Enrollement Agreement which follows the Standards of ******, **** of ** and State. Withdrawing/Dropping is clearly explained in the signed Enrollment Agreement. A calculation worksheet was mailed certified with the outcome. The Student may contact the school for a copy of the transcript if she desires. Thank you.
