    You can rely on first degree. My furnace was blowing cold air and i called AHS for service. They arranged for a service company to come to my home, and when they did they told me I have a cracked heat exchanger and need a new furnace. I called first degree to get a second quote. They contacted me shortly after I left a message, sent someone that day and ******* repaired the unit explaining that it was the heat sensor in the exchanger that went bad. The unit is old but he made the repair and explained everything along the way. I will definitely call them again for repair or replacement.
