    If I could leave less than one star I would. My home was inspected by ***********************. He reported that every inch of my home was damaged and/or exceeded life expectancy including a 3-year-old deck among numerous other false reports. He reported that items were not functioning when in fact they were. He reported my HVAC did not work properly because he didnt know how to use the thermostat. Which he disabled and never fixed. He broke the closet door off the track in my primary bedroom; added in his report that this was broken and needed to be replaced. We finally received the report after over a week of waiting (one week until our scheduled closing date) and it was full of bold-faced lies, spelling and grammar errors, and alarmist language. He is completely fraudulent in his reporting. I have never in my life reviewed a report so unprofessional and inaccurate. This man is a thief and should be out of business. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE EXCEL HOME INSPECTIONS.
