      We were charged a credit card fee by the credit card company for a transaction that was asked and confirmed to be voided. This charge was in the amount of $10,527.40

      I started working with Cardknox on payments integrations with an invoicing software that we are currently making. After speaking with them, I was told that I would receive a contract and that we should move forward with the integration into our software. My coworker and I got the integration done after a few weeks of work. After that was worked out, I tried contacting Cardknox to let them know I was ready to apply for an account, but had not received a contract. No answer. I emailed three more times, texted and called my representative, called the support number, and no reply was received. I've sent in requests for information on the website, and even sent in feedback on their "unsubscribe" page for their mailing list. One time I did get an answer after I called support, they told me they would have another representative call me. It's been weeks since I was told that, and still no reply. Now we have to scrap the entire integration code and start brand new with another company.

      I spoke with ************************* via telephone on December 6, 2022 and apologized for the experience he had with Cardknox. My internal investigation into the matter revealed that the Business Development Manager he had been working with through the integration had left the company prior to completion of the integration and when he reached out via email and phone and received no response it was due to his accounts re-assignment not being completed. It was system and user error on our side and we are sincerely sorry about the inconvenience it caused his company. 

      Although ***** has already chosen another processor to work with on this opportunity we did discuss other opportunities to do business together in the future and I am pleased that our first impression may not be the final impression. I will be sharing his contact information with our Sales Manager so an account representative can contact ***** based on the specifics of these new opportunities to see if we can work together.
