      This business took my 15000 I invested in there company and doesn’t what to give me my investment at all.

      Firstly, I want to express my appreciation for the work JG Capital is doing. This message is not intended to harm anyone but to address an important concern. I joined JG Capital’s investment club about a year ago and, on September 4th, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of $1,730. After deducting all fees, my withdrawal was approved on September 12, 2024 for the amount of $1,486.60, with an expected processing time of 14-25 business days. However, it has now been over 30 business days, and I have yet to receive the funds.

      I have made multiple attempts to contact JG Capital for an update but have been unable to reach anyone. My last interaction was with a customer support representative, Catherine, on October 14th, 2024 who told me she would look into it, and since then, I have not received any response to my follow-up messages. Transparency is essential when it comes to handling financial matters. At the time of my withdrawal, the stated timeline was 14-25 business days and going unresponsive after the 25 business days is considered a breach of contract. If this timeline has changed, then a follow-up message with an updated processing timeline would be appreciated. Since I’ve been unable to reach anyone directly, I am hoping to resolve this issue here and would appreciate an update and have my withdrawal processed by this Friday.
