    I am receiving Section 8 Government assistance benefits, TBG Development LLC were receiving and accepting direct deposit payments from Section 8 . TBG Development LLC denied me the Government assistance that I received telling me that if I did not pay my rent in full they would take legal action against me. The whole time that they said they knew nothing about Section 8 , three (3)DCA workers were in contact with them . All three (3) DCA workers told me to pay my portion of the rent. Also I had a ceiling flood two years back to back 2020, 2021 there was a lot of damage to the apartment , Section 8 made TBG Development LLC make the repairs in October 2023. I am being and had been discriminated against by TBG Development LLC because at one point when I complained about the repairs , and was told to move if I did not like where I was living. Even though I have never been late and I have never missed a rent payment. TBG accepted Section 8 payments from October to December I have a (14) year old son living with me and I was afraid when TBG threatened me to pay my rent in full , also I had open heart surgery recently in September of this year. I am in no position to move because of my health. Also the work that was performed on my apartment was at par to say the least, I was told by the Section 8 inspector to have TBG come back and tighten up the work that was done. I sent the super a video of the work he had done, the super came to my apartment and stated that he would be back he never showed up. This the treatment that I have been receiving since the 2020,2021 ceiling floods .
