    In July 2023 I was notified by the Agency that I am currently employed by that AD Meyers Uniforms at **************************************************** no longer be the agency vendor were staff should purchase there approved duty uniforms from any longer. In July 2023 I reached out to Ms. ************** who is currently employed by Ad Meyers as customer support sales I explained to Ms. ****** that the agency who I'm currently employed ****************** of ******* would be changing there approved duty uniform. Staff have been instructed to longer make purchases with AD Meyers because they would not be carrying the new approved uniform for duty. I then explained to Ms. ****** that I have a E-Z pay account were Ad ********************** currently deducts money out of my pay check every 2 weeks and puts it in to a account for me. So when I need to purchase new uniforms I already have credit with AD Meyers to make purchases. This account was opened about 5 years ago at the current time the account has about $1,100.00 in it, I requested that Ms. ****** L customer sales support stop all deductions . Then I asked Ms. ****** to please issue me a refund for any money that Ad Meyers uniform has for me in that account. Ad ********************** is no longer the authorized vendor for the *************************** Ad Meyers currently does not have in stock the approved new uniforms and will not be able to sell staff the new approved new uniforms. ****************** Of ******* has instructed staff to wear for duty. From July 2023 to January **** Ms. ****** AD Meyers Customer Support Sales has lied and made promise after promise that this problem would be corrected. I have asked ****** on several occasions to please give me the appropriate individuals to go to have my EZ pay accounted settled. Ms. ****** continues to lie to me over the phone and tell me someone from AD Meyers cooperate office would be in touch with me via E-mail or Via phone. Which has never happened she continue to lie to me every week with a new story.

    Never Received order. I made an order for my uniforms around the first week of July 4, 2023. I never received the order. ***** stated that they left it in a parcel locker with no picture taken. I do not have any parcel locker. When I asked AD Meyers to send out a replacement order, they told me that they could only give a 50 percent discount. When I protested this, a claim was opened up with ***** that was denied and AD Meyers stated that they would only offer a 50 percent discount still. The Manager ****** refused to give her bosses contact information or any corporate information. Order number was *********.
