    I am only speaking for the 3rd party logistic team. I have never been bullied so harshly for unexpensive rates. The quoting team has several instances in where they forget key details needed when quoting, such as OVERWEIGHT. If you are fluent within logistic, you should be aware that in order to haul Overweight, you have to have a permit. If this information was provided initially, then there would not be need of scrambling to obtain said documents in order to be in compliance. Not only was the lower support (Minne) a bully, but she also suggested that we operate out of compliance with the *****, by comparing our needs to "other drivers"there were several times, that emails would go unanswered for hours, and to defend her non-presence she would always come back with a rude response. I have never been so ready to surrender business back to a third-party vendor ever. Not recommended

    They have been spamming us since 2023 no matter how many attempts we make to get our emails removed. Is that really an effective method of obtaining new business by annoying them?

The rates provided are very competitive given this economy we are currently facing.     This company is the worst. They begged for my business and when I finally decided to give them a try, they LOST a container and refused to take responsibility. For the past 2 years a different person from this company calls and emails me almost every single day trying to get my business again. I have explained so many times to stop calling and stop emailing. After you lose a container, you have the audacity to harass me for more business? If you are considering using them, do yourself and your business a favor at find another brokerage company.

    S&S provides excellent communication through every step of the trucking process. They provide updates on shipment arrivals and when they can be brought in. Their pricing is very fair as well. Highly recommended!
