    I contracted Waste Connection/Royal Waste in the beginning of Nov for my dental practice named ****************** at ****************************************************************************************************************. Since then they missed 3 pickups. The contract is for every Thursday night pick. Once a week .They missed 3 weeks of pickup in less than 8 weeks of service. In the Dec 11th invoice they charged me for the full amount in Nov even though they missed 2 weeks of the 4 weeks in Nov. They missed Nov 7th and Nov 14th pickups. I contacted them to send me a revised invoice crediting me for the two weeks of missed pickups. They said they would get back to me but they never did. I spoke to *****, Aggy, ***** ****** ****** on the following two weeks to resolve it but nothing changed . They connected me to Royal Waste which is their subcompany that works with them to pick up the trash. They work in conjunction. I spoke to ***** *****, GP, ******** ****** Izzy,***** and still nothing was taken care of. Fast forward to Jan invoice and they still were charging me with the full months services for Nov and Dec. They didnt adjust the Nov invoice. Then on January 9, 2025 they missed another Thursday night pickup. I called the office once again to tell them it would be three weeks of credit that has to be adjusted but they said they would get back to me but havent so far at the time of this email. I reached out to the **** that handles private charters(part of the city) and they reached out to the company to see how they can help. I would like an adjustment to the invoice and I would like to get out of this contract without having to pay any upfront penalty fee of $2200 as they have warned me about when i expressed a desire to break this contract for failure on their part to uphold their end of the contract on a consistent basis. I would appreciate any help from you and I wanted to make sure to report them so that they treat their client with more regard in the present and in the near future. *********** ******
