    I Booked Crown tours for ***** and ***********, March 27 to April 7 through ******, ***We were about 39 members in this tour. went through many bad experiences.Almost all members had complained after tour was over but doesnt satisfy with the answer. 1) Waited for almost 3-to 4 hours on ************* after *************************************** proper sitting arrangement because passengers from other flights were not arrived.2) Japanizes guide for 7 days Japan tour was not knowledgeable and also doesn't speak or understand English well, she doesn't know how to read map / GPS resulting in repeated long walks by senior people. 3) Same problem as above but with different Japanese guide.4) 39 members with bus capacity of 40 passengers. no enough room or space in bus.5) Long drive for restaurant for Food. vesting time for travelling.6) Lunch, Dinner were too much delayed lunch and dinner (many times lunch is at 2 pm or 3 pm and dinner many times at 8 pm or 9 pm.) due to improper planning. 7) Big que for food and restroom usage because more members than its capacity. 8) Tour manager was new to this part of tour, as per him this was his first tour and he don't know much about this place.We all senior members spent $6500 for this tour and because of above problems our tour experience was miserable and total waste of money.
