      For the last three months I have been trying to renew my insurance policy. Lori K. and Bill Y. in the VA office, have failed to contact me back via emails or phone calls. I need insurance to operate my business.

      I purchased home owners insurance back in April of 2017 from **************** aka World Insurance LLC. I have paid ******* plus per year up until April 1, 2024. My home developed an leak at the end iof February of 2024. In March of 2024,I reached out to the Insurance carrier to file an claim.This has been going on for 3 wks, finally the claims adjuster told me that he was submitting a request to NOT PAY THE CLAIM. I asked why? He informed me that my homeowners policy has an ROOF EXCLUSION meaning that they were never going to pay for any type of roof damage. Seven years of payments and no roof coverage. We're 82 & 85, worked up until retirement to live in our home so, it wouldn't make sense to not have roof coverage. We have a lot of *********** storms here in ** I found out that ******************** who wrote up my policy, added that roof exclusion without my knowledge which is unfair and deceitful. ******************* abused his power & lied without telling myself &my husband what he had done. My old hone was definitely flagged for the roof, instead of sending someone out to inspect it in order to provide us coverage for it, he just felt it was best to exclude coverage altogether. Now, World Insurance owns this ***************** now giving us the run around. Someone is going to replace that roof, refund us our premiums or we can all go to court! I'm starting to think that he targeted the elderly homeowners because my son has their insurance as well & his roof is covered. Here's what I'm sure of from my experience, ******************** was supposed to ask me questions when we were on the phone. Such as "is there any roof damage? " "do you have a pool?" Etc. ******************** intentionally skipped over the roof question altogether, never mentioned & this was after I told him that I wanted FULL COVERAGE ON MY ENTIRE HOME. He took it upon himself to EXCLUDE MY ROOF FROM COVERAGE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE which is fraudulent. World Insurance also REFUSED to give me copies of the original paperwork .
