    I place an order with this company Matritouch on 12/14/24, and on 1/15/25 for a supplement called ALA.Each order had a quantity of 2 bottles.And I never got my merchanice. I was unaware until recently that the December order actually went through until I reviewed my December bank statement 2 days ago. In the meantime I placed another order on january 15 2025 for the same product and the same quanty. I've called the company several times over the past week. And the voicemail goes to a robot that says the mailbox is full and they cannot be reached and hangs up. I emailed them on January the 22nd 2025 about the January order we placed and we never got but was still unaware that the December order charge was taken out of our bank account.and they have still haven't responded back.I believe this company is fraudulent. Incidentally, I never got any tracking information sent to my email. So I have no way of knowing the status of the order.I also reported them to my bank.And am disputing the charges from this company. You can review the two different order invoices I sent you as well as an email to Matritouch from my wife from January 22, 2025. The invoices say status pending, but the charges went through as you will notice on my bank statements. I took a screenshot of the January statement because I have not got the paper statement in the mail yet. At this point I just want a refund.But unfortunately, there's no way to contact the company because they will not answer their phones or respond to the emails.So I'm not sure what you can do to help in this matter but appreciate any help you can offer.
