    I ordered 2 pairs of different size wine-colored scrubs (top and bottom) at this establishment on 01/19/2024, in person at their store, for $133.16.
    They had the small size in stock but the medium size (which is my true size), I ordered with the employee at the cashier desk and the product was scheduled to arrive between 7-10 business days.
    I called the business on the 10th business day on 02/02/2024 at 3:18pm and the lady who answered said that my top arrived but, my bottoms did not. She stated that their are still six boxes to go through and that she will call me back. She never called me back that day.
    I called again on Monday 02/05/2024 at 3:34pm and the lady who answered stated my bottoms did not arrive still.
    On the 13th business day of patiently waiting, 02/07/2024, i arrived in person to the store with my receipt around noon time and I told the two employees behind the cashier desk my concern. One employee called a phone number to receive a tracking number for the bottoms. She was able to find out that the bottoms are in transit to their establishment and will arrive on the 14th business day 02/08/2024 and she stated that I will be called when the bottoms arrive.
    At the time of this writing, at 2130 on 02/08/2024, I was never called by Scrubs & Beyond.
    This is fraudulent behavior. I need the scrubs for work. The smaller sized scrubs were intended for me to get through training, that’s all. The small size is not ideal when it comes to working 12 hour shifts and I have to suffer wearing the tight scrubs and risk ripping them.
