    This is in regards to a shower leak to an upstairs bathroom with damage to leak in my downstairs dining room ceiling I submitted a claim through my insurance company in the beginning of October 2024. The repairs to bathroom shower still hasnt been completed-only repairs were to hole in ceiling that was taken care of right before Thanksgiving-My towns house insurance company issued a check to them for the repairs we needed to be addressed. Long story short I need a shower so I asked **************** claim person to reimburse me a refund check to me. So I can find someone else to finish my repairs to the shower. I have no shower since October. I have called **** *********************************** claim person & a person ***** who is in charge of the ongoing works for **** Davis . Feel like I am getting no results only that they are handling the problem. Also I was told that the project has been completed. I dont know what else to do. I was told by insurance ************* Davis to do what is best for me re: the problem . I just want to be reinburse for money for the repairs that they did not complete for my repairs for the upstairs bathroom since they still have the money from the insurance company . I dont know how they completed the job on there end. Please I need help!! thank Mrs ****** If you need to get in touch with me for assistance please feel free to reach me. (So basically Im looking for money to me for any work that was not done by them ) only work done was for the repairs to repairs to hole in ****************** of the ceiling.

    we contracted them back in february of ***************************************** a fire. as construction began the ******* had asked several times for cash instead of a check then suddenly disappeared leaving us with the "owner" of the company who had no clue what was going on.with the craftsmanship is absolutely horrible. our home was literally slapped together in months. it was completed a month after the completion date stated on the contract. i was recently sent a lawsuit for the remaining monies owed. however, my home is not complete nor do we have a certificate of occupancy. brand new cabinets are assembled incorrectly. they said we approved upgrades and are charging for them but i was told there was no extra money for anything, nothing was signed nor spoken about authorizing any upgrades.
