In July of 2021 I paid them to do a survery on my land at ********************************** in *********, **. I recieved the survey back and it was only for 1/2 the property. I have tried to contact them via phone several times and everytime I do not get a phone call back. I have been waiting to hear back from them but they will not call me back. I eventually had to hire a different engineering company because I am trying to build on the land and they did the job within 2 weeks and they did it correctly.

    Business Response

    Date: 01/19/2023

Morgan Engineering was requested to perform a due diligence memorandum and survey for Block 47, Lot *****. We did this work and presented it to the clients attorney on 6/16/2021. We have an entire email chain that culminates with us sharing the due diligence memo and a draft of the survey with the attorney. They appear to be asking for a survey of Lot *****. That is not what they requested. We can provide a survey of that property at an additional cost. Please also note that we provided the clients attorney a copy of our invoice. We have never received payment on that. She is requesting a refund but Morgan Engineering was never paid for the services provided to ************************. Her claim and request for a refund are bogus and defamatory. I have email back up for this file and will be happy to provide whatever is necessary to clear Morgan Engineering.
