    Our AC unit has had multiple problems dating back months. ***********, compressor malfunctions, and many others, but the ******************* refuses to replace the unit. The property manager at Heritage Apartments, owned by Avenium is having her hands tied by the corporation that wants a bandaid on a dead patient. Meanwhile, its 94 degrees outside and 83 in our apartment. Im filing this complaint because we pay rent and bills, and therefore expect that services are maintained. We have no one else to contact or complain to and we are physically suffering.

    Hi, the owner of the apt complex owes me 949, I moved out Feb 28th 2023. I am a former resident my address was ******************************************************************************* I had a credit when I left it was ****. I have not gotten the money that I am owed the receptionist told me on March 20th that I am due to receive 949 out of the ****. Also, she stated that she see that it was processed on March 9th meaning that's when they deducted the made up charges that left me with a 949 refund. I have emailed the property manager several times she does not reply and I have written two letters to the *** in **. Plus, I have called and left a voicemail and went back to the office in ** on March 31st to speak with someone. The owner is not trying to pay what he owes me I am not able to let them keep my money nor scam me. I will not reach out to them again I should not have to chase anyone to get the money. Finally, here is the other address of The Vue ************************************************************************ ***** and The ** address is theirs as well I guess that is the owner's address.
