      We hired ***** for a home improvement project involving paver installation, pool liner replacement, and adding steps to the pool. However, we are extremely disappointed and distressed by their negligence. The primary issue is the lack of proper drainage in our backyard, which has led to significant water buildup. This poses a serious risk to the structural integrity of our property and requires immediate attention.To make matters worse, ***** failed to include drainage in our initial agreement, despite assuring us through text messages that it would be included. Instead, they attempted to charge us separately for the drains they proposed. This is a clear case of deception and negligence on their part. Adequate drainage should have been an essential part of the project, not an additional charge after the fact.In addition to the drainage problem we are experiencing major water loss. I presume the leak is underground covered by the pavers. I have reached out to ***** at least a dozen times. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and report the issue, I have received no satisfactory response or assistance.Furthermore, the delay in addressing this issue has not only inconvenienced me but also put my pool and its surrounding area at risk. A major leak can lead to further structural damage and pose safety hazards. It is inexcusable that your company has shown such disregard for the well-being of your customers and the integrity of the pool.I expect immediate action to rectify this situation. The necessary repairs must be conducted promptly to prevent any further damage and loss of water. Additionally, I demand compensation for the expenses incurred due to the leak, including the wasted water and any damages caused by the negligence of your company.Further delay or lack of communication will only further demonstrate your company's incompetence and disregard for the concerns of your customers.
