    I rented an apartment from silver point management/ ************* 2018. I gave them a written notice April 2020 along with my last rent. The managers have changed 4 or 5 times while I was there and after I moved. I received a notification that **** was added to my credit report by them. I never received anything from them to try to resolve this before they added to my credit report. I've hired an credit repair company to try to help get this resolved and they've gotten no where with this.

    I move into this apartment complex/hotel I dont really know what it is. From the very minute I moved in the man who lived below me would bang on the floor any time I walked. That began 03/02/2021 and continued until may. In that time I had hot water thrown on me rocks thrown at me, verbal abuse. After he was evicted and the apt/room was cleaned and remodeled and older man moved in that was in July/2021. Sometime at the end of December/2021 to the first few days of January of 2022 he passed away. I began smelling this horrible smell in my apt as did the neighbors that lived beside him. I called for weeks reporting the smell was getting worse. By the time his body had been found hed been dead for a really long time. They have in no way reached out to see if Im okay. 2022 was a really bad year for me. I began getting behind, and was confronted by the maintenance man who should have no working knowledge of what Im paying ect yelling at me. Moving forward from that a great deal has happened sense. 2 1/2 weeks ago I was called a w**** accuse of crashing another tenets car, and again the maintenance man was in my face yelling. He swung at me, and I threw wine in his face. Id honestly should have let him hit me. Now they are saying Im being evicted for being anucance *****. I have an opens erap case here in NY. There corporate office never filed the paperwork by the proper date. So now my case was put on hold. What if anything can I do to get help in dealing with this property management and the property I live at? There are cameras on the property and Ive been told the day of what happened to me 05/30/2023 was deleted by the property manager.

    -Filthy hallways -Broken into storage units -Broken cameras -stolen property -retaliation and harassment -trash issues - non residents staying in the bath rooms and outside the community room.-poor communication skills -horrible office employees - horrible property view -smells of trash -charged for amenities we can not utilize.
