    In 2018 my husband and I had solar panels installed on our roof. We financed this through ******** and still have seven years left to pay on it. The solar panels came with a fifteen year warranty and also lifetime monitoring. Recently the system has stopped working. I've been trying to contact Solar Experts to have it repaired. I've called seven numbers and all but one says "this number is no longer in service". The other number goes to voice-mail and says the mailbox is full and I am unable to leave a message. I've attempted to email them via a link on their website but haven't heard back from them. I suspect that they are no longer in business.

    My office tried to contact the customer last week regarding their issue. A voicemail was left on the phone number we have on file as well as a follow up email. We never received a response back. We can be reached at ************ or use email ********************************************* and we will speak to them about this issue.
